Finally, the wait is over for Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach! Her ex roommates - reigning Miss Myanmar, May Barani Thaw and Miss Malaysia Vanessa Tevi Kumares – have landed in Manila, Philippines to grace the much anticipated pageant of Philippines, Binibining Pilipinas 2016, which is just a day away.
Three Asian beauty queens - Pia Wurtzbach, May Barani Thaw and Vanessa Tevi Kumares - were roommates when they were in Las Vegas for Miss Universe 2015 competition and became close buddies throughout the pageant.
They may have been opponents in the recently concluded Miss Universe 2015 pageant, which was won by Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach held on December 20’ 2015 in Las Vegas, but Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and other two Asian beauties have proved that they are now close friends.

Reigning Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach posted a photograph on her official Instagram account along with her friends.
The post read – “Guess who’s here in Manila to support and watch the Binibining Pilipinas pageant tomorrow? Vanessa and May! Miss Malaysia and Miss Myanmar ?? Missing you, Fang! #TeamEarlyBird #Reunited I missed these crazies so much! (Oh! And Olivia is arriving today!)”
On the other hand, Miss Myanmar 2015, May Barani Thaw also posted a snap on her Instagram account, celebrating her reunion with her lovely roomie. Her Post reads - “Guess who May's with? It's the lovely Miss Universe, of course! Reunited! ??#missmyanmar #MissUniverse #missphilippines”
Olivia Jordan, who was adjudged second runner up at Miss Universe 2015, arrived earlier today (April 16’ 2016) in Manila to join the rest of the beauty queens.

Pia Alonzo and Olivia Jordan also share a good bond as they are BFF’s (Best Friend Forever) and popular among their friends as ‘Olipia’.
Well, we have to say that despite winning the coveted title of Miss Universe 2015, Pia Wurtzbach continues to cherish her journey and she hasn't forgotten the friends she made along the way. Truly a beauty queen!!
