Miss Universe 2020 Meet the Backstage Hosts

Miss Universe 2020 is about to begin, and the delegates are giving their best to win the coveted crown.

The organization members also announced the backstage hosts of the season - Miss USA 2019 Cheslie Kryst, Miss Universe 2017 Demi Leigh Peters-Tebow, Miss Universe 2014 Paulina Vega and its safe to say, the pageant fanatics are overwhelmed with happiness with the news.

Miss USA 2019 Cheslie Kryst

Cheslie Kryst rose to fame as she was crowned Miss USA 2019 and represented USA at Miss Universe 2019 where she finished in the Top 10. Kryst is a licensed attorney and has served as a correspondent for Extra since October 2019. With her win, 2019 became the first year that all four major United States-based pageants were won by black women; other titleholders were Zozibini Tunzi of South Africa Miss Universe 2019, Nia Franklin Miss America 2019 and Kaliegh Garris Miss Teen USA 2019.



Miss Universe 2017 Demi Leigh Peters-Tebow

Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters represented South Africa at Miss Universe 2017 and with her extraordinary performance, she won the Miss Universe crown. In her capacity as Miss Universe, Nel-Peters visited the Philippines (twice), Indonesia (twice), Thailand (twice), France, Mexico (twice), Ecuador, India, Lebanon, Egypt, Malaysia, various cities in the United States, and her home country, South Africa. Her reign has been extraordinary as she has now become a global sensation.



Miss Universe 2014 Paulina Vega

Paulina Vega represented Colombia at Miss Universe 2014 as she became the second Miss Universe from Colombia. Vega debuted the pageant's new crown as designed by Diamonds International Corporation. She has a huge list of accomplishments under her belt and she sure will add her spark to the hosting this year.
