Miss Universe 2020, the 69th edition of Miss Universe, is all set to be held on 16th May 2021 in Florida, United States where more than seventy stunning ladies will compete for the coveted crown. Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

While the delegates competing for the crown have begun to prepare for their national stint, this year’s batch boasts of stunning beauties with a lot of experience. The divas are strong representatives of their countries and a great role model for aspiring girls. These beauty queens inspire many through various aspects of their personality, one of them being. Along with being their beautiful selves, some of the divas at Miss Universe are also entrepreneurs running their own companies and business like queens. So, without any further ado, let us have a look at the boss-women of Miss Universe 2020 –

Alina Luz Akselrad, Miss Universe Argentina 2020

The beauty queen launched a line of perfumes in her name in September 2020 as the proceeds were donated to nonprofit organizations including Córdoba Capital – Asociación Civil Vaso de Leche and Fundación Córdoba en Acción. Alina Luz, a fragrance as fresh and seductive as you, when you embrace your power.

 

 

Hillary Ann Williams, Miss Universe Barbados 2020

Hillary is an entrepreneur who owns her own Digital Marketing agency. She is the CEO at HWDigital. She is also the founder of Women's Survival Diary, fostering safe spaces for women to share their stories, seek support, and educate others on the importance of safety.

 

 

Vandana Jeetah, Miss Universe Mauritius 2020

Vandana is a founder member and the Past President of the Leo Club of Flacq, an NGO that works for women’s health and organizes drives and coral farming activites. They also run a segment called Lions Club International Service Journey: An approach to living and serving. To making a real difference people can see and feel. It encompasses four simple phases: Learn, Discover, Act, and Celebrate. This segment of the club focuses on distribution of food and school materials to needy kids.

 

 

Denise Speelman, Miss Universe Netherlands 2020

Born and raised in Groningen, Denise moved to Amsterdam where she now also runs her styling company called Maison365. With a unique selection of well-known and boutique brands, and tailor made 'mix and match' style advice, at Maison365 they have the mission to offer women carefree stylish items that allow them to look confident.

 

 

Janick Maceta Del Castillo, Miss Universe Peru 2020

Janick is a co-founder of the Record Label Top of New York, a company that is responsible for digitizing and producing the musical content of young talents so that they have material with which they can make their way into the music industry. She also has an NGO called Little Heroes Peru, created in favor of children who are or have been victims of sexual violence.

 

 

Natalia Pigula, Miss Universe Poland 2020

Natalia has a degree in Civil Engineering and owns her own company in courier services. The stunning beauty is currently building her own house. She has also supported lots of volunteering work, especially with the Krwinka Foundation for children with cancer and The Great Orchestra of Christmas which provides for children and the elderly.

 

 

Bianca Lorena Tirsin, Miss Universe Romania 2020

Hailing from Transylvania, Bianca is a professional model and a businesswoman who runs her online business. Her first business was a makeup studio at the age of 16 which she started on her own by selling her furniture and buying assets for the studio. Today she manages her own online store of oral care products.

 

 

Natasha Joubert, Miss Universe South Africa 2020

The 22-year-old Natasha hails from Centurion, Tshwane, Gauteng and is a Public Relations Officer at RFJ Inc. Attorneys and founder and owner of Natalia Jefferys (Pty) Ltd, a clothing company that designs and sells stunning gowns and customized wedding dresses.

 

 

Liza Yastremskaya, Miss Universe Ukraine 2020

Liza started her own business during the pandemic and is proud of the way it has turned out for her. Talking about her business she mentioned, “Like any person who creates something with love, I dream that my brand, like my child, would be in demand and loved. Became world famous. It was sold in different parts of the world. And every day I take small steps in this direction. I dream of dressing Kim Kardashian, Bella Hadid, Jennifer Lopez and others.”

 

 

Asya Danielle Branch, Miss USA 2020

Asya is an entrepreneur who is a proud owner of a cosmetic line named ‘Branch Beauty’, a line of cruelty-free products to enhance the natural beauty you already have. Talking about her business she says, “My love for make-up and people are what have gotten me to this point. If I can make a customer smile with my product and if I can sell products that I love, then all is well.”
