The 2023 edition of Miss Universe Bahrain has officially begun as the organization announced its finalists in a blind introduction which was broadcasted on the official Miss Universe Bahrain YouTube channel earlier this week.

The winner will be crowned in September and will go on to represent the country at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador later in the year. Miss Universe Bahrain 2022 Evlin Abdullah-Khalifa will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

The seven finalists selected to compete at Miss Universe Bahrain 2023 are Advaita Shetty (Age: 28 Years), Lujane Yacoub (Age: 19 Years), Mariam Naji (Age: 26 Years), Mary Mohamed (Age: 28 Years), Menatalla Husein (Age: 20 Years), Nivine Abouzeid (Age: 24 Years) and Turina Carrol (Age: 28 Years).

Evlin Khalifa Miss Universe Bahrain 2022 represented her country at Miss Universe 2022 and although she was seen as a strong contender, she could not place in the Top 20. 2021 was the first time Bahrain joined the Miss Universe. The country is yet to pioneer its win at Miss Universe.
