The organization of Miss Universe Cambodia will host the coronation ceremony of Miss Universe Cambodia 2020 on 12th November 2020 and the crowning night will be broadcast on 29th November 2020 on Bayon TV. The winner will succeed Miss Universe Cambodia 2019 Somnang Alyna for the title.

Romyr Libo-on, Miss Universe Cambodia pageant organizer, said, “Due to the Covid 19 epidemic, the competition is to adhere to safety protocols and we implement health protection measures such as physical gaps behind the scenes of our audience as well. There are limited seating and we only handle important and relevant outdoor activities."

The organization revealed the names of the top 20 finalists recently who will be competition for the nation crown as well as an opportunity to represent Cambodia at Miss Universe 2020 stage.  This year’s batch boats of well-prepared, talented, and confident young women with amazing English language skills. Last year, Somnang Alyna represented Cambodia at Miss Universe 2019 stage where she was highly appreciated for her strong performance but unfortunately wasn’t placed.
