Carolina Guerra replaces Luisa Urango as Miss Cordoba 2020 for Miss Universe Colombia 2020

Miss Universe Colombia organization is all set to host its 2020 edition on 16th November 2020 where 32 stunning beauties from various provinces will compete for the national crown and the opportunity to represent Colombia at Miss Universe 2020. Miss Universe Colombia 2020 is now under the guidance of national director Natalie Ackermann. Miss Universe Colombia decided to branch out from Senorita Colombia Organization recently.

The organization had recently announced the names of the final thirty-two delegates who will be competing for the national title but the news of Miss Cordoba 2020 Luisa Urango being replaced by Carolina Guerra has stirred up the pageant fanatic world. The organization's directives have determined to give her the band from said department to Carolina Guerra Agamez who did a face-to-face casting on 8th October 2020 in the city of Medellín.

Luisa was replaced for allegedly having falsified documentation regarding her age. The young woman was withdrawn from the contest after accepting that she lied about her age in the documents delivered at her casting.

Carolina is a professional model and an architect graduated from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. She has also participated in the reality show La Agencia del Canal Caracol in which she was a semifinalist. During her casting, her scores and consanguinity with the department gave her the second position, and leading the directors to grant her the opportunity to be the new Miss Córdoba.

After being announced as the new Miss Cordoba 2020, Carolina took to her social media to thank the organization for believing and trusting her with the title. She stated, “I feel honored and proud to carry the department of Córdoba in my blood, and to represent my mother, my grandmother and all my maternal family who from their culture taught me their love, their simplicity and their constant struggle to get ahead. They have shaped me and made me the woman I am today, a strong, loving, committed, passionate, happy woman and in love with life.”

The diva is strong, confident, and determined to fulfill her dream of representing Colombia at Miss Universe 2020 stage. She feels that this is her second chance and she wants to use it to the fullest and has started to prepare for the finale. The diva is an artist and has her own page on social media where she regularly posts her drawings or art. She is beautiful, experienced and is working on her speaking and communication skills in order to impress the judges and the audience at the competition.

Carolina is confident, passionate, and focused towards winning and making a name for herself in the world of pageantry along with working for the society she lives in. She is grateful for the opportunities she has received till now which has helped her to build herself as she is today.
