Andrea Erjavec was crowned Miss Universe Croatia 2023 at the coronation night of the national pageant held at the Emerald Hall of the Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb on 3rd May 2023. Andrea will now represent Croatia at Miss Universe 2023.
Sixteen contestants from across the country took part in the competition. Andrea is 23 years of age and hails from Perušic. She speaks excellent English and is studying teaching at the University of Zagreb’s Faculty of Education in Petrinja.
As Miss Universe Croatia 2023, Andrea wishes to advocate for the physical and mental health of children, as she believes that it is one of the most significant issues faced by them. She also believes that investing in education and empowering parents is crucial to providing quality care and support to children in all aspects of their lives.
Also at the finale, Lucciana Cebo was judged first runner-up while Garac was adjudged as second runner-up, Mihaela Posavec as third runner-up, and Mytko was adjudged as fifth runner-up. The contestants also voted for Paola Kliba as the winner of the Miss Congeniality award.
