Ceska Miss Essens organization has officially confirmed that Sára Mikulenková will be representing Czech Rpublic at Miss Universe 2022 to be held in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA on 14th January 2023. The announcement was made just a few hours ago on the delegate’s official social media.

Sára Mikulenková  is 20 years of age and a model from Valašské Mezirící. She was chosen among the Top 20 finalists of the Ceská Miss Essens 2022, an on-going pageant whose finale show is scheduled to be held on 11th December 2022.

On winning the opportunity to represent Czech Republic at Miss Universe 2022, Sara took to her official social media as she wrote, “I don't even know where to start… but yes, strange things are happening in my life right now, but in a positive way. Fate took me in a different direction than I had planned. I feel humility, gratitude, joy, tears of happiness and, above all, support.”

“I was nominated and already in January I am flying to one of the most prestigious beauty contests @missuniverse. Thank you to the jury @ceskamiss_essensfor the trust, I will try not to disappoint. Also, a big thanks to the whole team who is currently taking care of me and preparing everything. I would like to thank all of you who support me, my close friends and especially my family! It means a lot to me and I appreciate each of you”, she added.

Ceská Miss Essens, with the changes this year, is showcasing the contestants' journey to the competition with the reality show ‘Hledá se Miss’ on Prima Show. The judging panel consists of Czech model Pavlína Nemcová, model and former Ceská Miss titleholder Andrea Bezdeková, PURE Model Management Founder and CEO Roman Holárek, and ESSENS President Michal Kovar.
