Isabella García-Manzo was crowned Miss El Salvador 2023 (aka Miss Universe El Salvador 2023) at the finale of the national pageant held on Sunday, 30th July 2023 at the Teatro Nacional de San Salvador. Isabella has now become the official representative of El Salvador at Miss Universe 2023.

Isabella García-Manzo is 20 years of age who represented the department of San Salvador at the national competition. In 2021, she entered Les Roches Marbella in Marbella, Andalusia, Spain to pursue a bachelor’s degree in hospitality business administration.

Isabella is now preparing to welcome over 90 delegates from around the world. This will be the second time Miss Universe competition will take place in the country; the first time it hosted Miss Universe was in 1975.

Isabella succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe El Salvador 2022 Alejandra Guajardo who represented her country at Miss Universe 2022 but failed to place in the Top 16. El Salvador is yet to pioneer its win at Miss Universe.

Miss Universe 2023, the 72nd edition of Miss Universe, is scheduled to be held in San Salvador, El Salvador on 18th November 2023 where Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel of USA will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
