Engracia Afua Kaley Mofuman was crowned Miss Universe Ghana 2022 on 21st December 2021 where she represented the Eastern region and competed against 15 other candidates to win the national crown. Mofuman will now represent Ghana at Miss Universe 2022.
Engracia is 27 years of age and stands 176 cm tall. Hailing from Kumasi, Ghana, the stunning black beauty is a multilingual beauty fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French. She attended Collège Sony Labou Tansy in Libreville, Gabon and the Instituto Francófono de Bata in Bata, Equatorial Guinea.
She has also attended College Bonneau in Ebolowa, Cameroon and All Nations University College in Koforidua, Eastern Region, Ghana. Not new to the pageantry, Engracia represented Ghana at Miss Intercontinental 2018 in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Competing against 82 other delegates, Mofuman finished in the Top 20.
Engracia has the experience of representing her country at an international stage as well as the confidence to walk and speak fluently which will be advantageous for her as she will represent Ghana at the upcoming edition of Miss Universe.
Engracia succeeds Naa Morkor Commodore, who was appointed Miss Universe Ghana 2021 and represented the country at Miss Universe 2021 but unfortunately was unable to place favourably. Ghana is yet to pioneer its win at Miss Universe.
