Engracia Afua K. Mofuman crowned Miss Universe Ghana 2022

Miss Universe Ghana organization held the finale of the 2022 edition of the national pageant on 21st December 2021 where Engracia Afua K. Mofuman was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Ghana at Miss Universe 2022. She succeeds Miss Universe Ghana 2021 Naa Morkor Commodore.

Engracia Afua K. Mofuman gave a stellar performance at the national competition. She is 27 years of age and stands 176 cm tall. Not new to the pageantry, she has previously competed at Miss Intercontinental 2018 where she placed in the Top 20. A fluent speaker of French, Spanish, English and Portuguese languages, Mofuman will be a strong contender for the international crown next year.

 

 

Dorothy Ndede of Ahafo and Magalie Ama Kab of Eastern Ghana, along with the winner, made the Top 3. Top 5 also included Veena Miss Western and Gifty Boakye Miss Upper West while Top 8 also included Napari, Priscilla Gameli and Toni Bolanle Iddrisu.

Engracia Afua K. Mofuman will represent Ghana at Miss Universe 2022 to be held later next year. At Miss Universe 2021, Naa Morkor Commodore represented her country but failed to place in the Top 20. Ghana is yet to pioneer its win at Miss Universe.
