15 Oct 2021 | Camilla Suarez

The Miss Universe Ghana organization hosted its coronation ceremony for the 2021 edition of Miss Universe Ghana on 13 October 2021, where stunning delegates from all over the country competed for the national crown and an opportunity to represent the country at the upcoming edition of Miss Universe pageant. Naa Morkor Commodore was crowned as Miss Universe Ghana 2021 at the end of the event finale. She succeeds Miss Universe Ghana 2020 Chelsea Tayui for the title.

The 26-year-old is a professional model and entrepreneur. With a strong torso and built, she looks absolutely stunning strutting down the runway. Not new to pageantry, this beauty queen has competed and won several beauty competitions. She was the second runner up at Miss Universe Ghana 2018, and also bagged the Miss Intercontinental Africa subtitle. She also competed in Miss Intercontinental 2016 in Sri Lanka.

The Miss Universe Ghana organization reflected its hopes in a statement saying, “To our new queen, may you be an inspiration that reflects true vision to every Ghanaian woman and every individual the world over.”

She will represent Ghana at the 70th Miss Universe competition to be held in December 2021 in Eilat, Israel. Andrea Meza of Mexico will crown her successor at the end of the event. Since Miss Universe Ghana 2020 Chelsea Tayui unfortunately remained unplaced last year, the country has high hopes from Silvia Naa Morkor Commodore to bring home a win.

Congratulations!
