Sissie Luo crowned Miss Universe Guam 2019

Miss Universe Guam 2019 held its grand coronation night on 29th August 2019 at the Sheraton Laguna Guam Resort where seven contestants competed for the national crown and at the conclusion of the event finale, Sissie Luo was crowned the new queen. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe Guam 2018 Athena McNinch crowned her successor at the end of the event finale.

The 22-year-old Sissie Luo performed with excellence and grace at the national contest. At the conclusion of the finale, along with her, Annania Grace Nauta was adjudged as the first runner-up. She was also a part of our favourites running for the crown.

Also, the organization crowned Franky Lynn Aguon Hill as Miss International Guam 2020 who will now go on to represent Guam in Miss International 2020. The organization crowned the representative so early on so that she can prepare for her international stint from now and perform her best next year. She was also a part of our Top favourites for the crown.

The contestants who competed for the crown were Jaime Ashley Untalan representing Mangilao, Sissie Luo representing Tamuning, Franky Lynn Aguon Hill representing Chalan Pago, Zia Nicole Sandoval representing Yigo, Annania Grace Nauta representing Santa Rita, Sydney Pacheco Aguon representing Barrigada and Myrna Murphy representing Yona.

Miss Universe Guam 2018 Athena McNinch represented Guam in Miss Universe 2018 but unfortunately could not place in the Top. The country is yet to pioneer its win in Miss Universe pageant.
