The PJPP Partners and Miss Universe Korea organization has recently announced the first runner-up will go to Miss Universe 2022, while the competition will still happen but the winner will compete in 2023 edition. Accordingly, Hanna Ming will be appointed as Miss Universe Korea 2022 for this year’s Miss Universe 2022 competition.

Not new to pageantry, Hanna was the first runner-up at the last year’s edition of the national pageant. She is 27 years old, has a degree in linguistics and interpreting, a field in which she specializes in clinical trials, she is also a classical ballet dancer.

The diva has also been working as a professional model under the One Management based in New York City, featuring for international projects. Hanna is experienced, confident, talented and driven towards representing the country and will definitely prove to be a strong delegate at the international platform.

She succeeds Miss Universe South Korea 2021 Jisu Kim for the title and with her appointment, Korea definitely stands a strong chance for a top placement at Miss Universe this year. Korea debuted at Miss Universe in 1954 and despite producing some of the most favourite beauty queens of all time, the country is yet to pioneer its win for the crown.

She will soon gear up to prepare for her international stint at Miss Universe 2022. Miss Universe 2022 will be the 71st Miss Universe pageant, where the reigning queen Harnaaz Sandhu of India will crown her successor at the end of the event.
