Miss Universe Malaysia organization will soon host the coronation for Miss Universe Malaysia 2021 and delegates from all over the country will compete for the national crown to earn the opportunity to represent Malaysia at Miss Universe 2021. The winner succeeds Miss Universe Malaysia 2020 Francisca Luhong James who is going to represent Malaysia at Miss Universe 2020 scheduled in the month of May in the United States. The organization announced that the registrations for the candidates willing to participate are open.
With the list of potential candidates being prepared for the competition, Scarlett Megan Liew Zi Ling is one of the divas that has caught everyone’s attention for the title as she seems like a potential candidate. She has already represented Malaysia at Miss Intercontinental 2018 competition which makes her experienced in the field and gives her a little edge over the other delegates.
Hailing from Kota Marudu, Scarlett is 26-years-old and stands 174 cm tall. She works as a site safety supervisor with a construction company by profession. She feels immensely proud that she has managed to make her own space in the male-dominated profession and is known for her skills and qualities. She is also passionate about beauty pageants and has worked as a professional model too.
The diva caught the attention of the pageant fanatics after she decided to participate at Miss Grand Malaysia 2018 and was adjudged the second runner-up at the end of the event finale. She was later appointed to represent Malaysia at Miss Intercontinental 2018 where she was highly appreciated and managed to secure a place for herself in the top 20.
