Miss Universe Malaysia 2022, 55th edition of the national pageant, is set to be held on 7th October 2022 at M Resort and Hotel, Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. Miss Universe Malaysia 2020 Francisca Luhong James will crown her successor at the end of the event finale and the winner will represent Malaysia in Miss Universe 2022.
While all fifteen stunning beauties boast of talent and idiosyncratic personalities, there are a few who have captured everyone’s hearts and have already become a fan-favourite at the competition. So, without further ado, here are our favourites for Miss Universe Malaysia 2022 crown –
Ajunee Kaur
Born in Kuala Lumpur, Ajunee is 20 years of age and stands 170 cm tall. She is a 2nd year law student and a definite fan favourite for the Miss Universe Malaysia 2022 crown. For her, success means creating a positive impact on others. Through her advocacy, Ajunee wishes to create a safe platform and advocate for prevention of crimes against women as they tend to suffer in silence.
Joann Tiong
Joann Tiong is 21 years of age and stands 166 cm tall. She hails from Kuching and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in computer science and Psychology at the University of St. Andrews. Through her platform, Joann would like to work with children facing poverty or abuse and hopes to influence other young women their dreams regardless of all the stereotypes.
Annatasha Shanty Jeremiah
Annatasha is 25 years of age and stands 170 cm tall. She hails from Penampang and is of Indian-Kadazan heritage. She is currently studying part-time for her bachelor’s degree in Engineering. She would like to use her platform to raise awareness on cancer and highlight the importance of early screening. She is another strong contender for Miss Universe Malaysia 2022 crown.
