Pradeepta Adhikari was crowned Miss Universe Nepal 2019 on 9th May 2019 at Laboratory H.S. premises, Kirtipur, Nepal, where she bested 25 other Nepali beauties to earn the privilege to represent Nepal in the finale. She departed for Atlanta, Georgia, USA for the finale of Miss Universe 2019 finale earlier today ie. 25th November 2019.

Pradeepta is 23 years of age, stands tall at 170 cm, hails from Kathmandu and currently resides there only. She is a sturdy diva whose poise and confidence has landed her onto this platform today. She was seen wearing a white suit and white pencil heels, and was carrying her sash with utmost dignity. She held her native flag high as she posed for the press at the airport. Adhikari has been the audience’s favourite since the very beginning and was elated as she proudly promised to uphold the name of her country in high esteem after the coronation.

She took to her official Instagram page to express her gratitude to the organization and to everyone who supported her through her journey. She wrote, “This opportunity is something I was longing for a really long time. It has always been an honour to carry our country’s flag to participate in incredible platforms. Each time I carry Nepal’s flag, I always get overwhelmed with indescribable love, pride, and joy. In this new adventure of mine, I’ll have the honour of joining accomplished, astounding, amazing and empowered, women from all around the globe. With all love, support and energy, I’ve received over the past year; I leave today with a very grateful heart, purposeful mind, and unstoppable spirit. I’ll give my everything for this opportunity.”
