Diamond Langi crowned Miss Universe New Zealand 2019

Miss Universe New Zealand 2019 held its grand coronation night on 17th August 2019 where gorgeous beauties from all over the country competed for the national crown and at the end of the event finale, Diamond Langi was crowned the new queen. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe New Zealand 2018 Estelle Curd.

Diamond Langi performed with excellence and grace at the national competition. The gorgeous beauty was the epitome of confidence, eloquence and aura and is sure going to be a tough contender for the crown. The newly crowned queen’s court included –

1st Runner-Up – Hannah Mckay  

2nd Runner-Up – Jayda Ormsby-Northcott

3rd Runner-Up – Lydia Smit

4th Runner-Up – Charissa Rehu

The gorgeous beauties who competed for the national title are Kanika Batra, Diamond Langi, Ashley Esme, Hannah Maree, Cassie Angus, Lydia Smit, Samantha Wood, Holly Quinn, Jayda Ormsby-Northcott, Charissa Rehu, Ilea Baker, Tiara Popota, Ami Grill, Tarryn Marysia.

Last year, Estelle Curd represented New Zealand in Miss Universe 2018 but unfortunately did not win a place in the Top. New Zealand is yet to pioneer its win in the Miss Universe pageant.
