Winners for the most promising advocacies of Miss Universe Philippines 2020 announced

Miss Universe Philippines, under the new roles and leadership, is hosting the debut edition where stunning beauties are competing for the national crown and the opportunity to represent Philippines in Miss Universe 2020. Gazini Ganados Miss Universe Philippines 2019 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

The organization will be giving life to three roles that it will play for the country for the next few months in search for the next queen. The organization will provide guidance on how to fight the challenges brought because of Covid-19. It will also inspire Filipinos to seek the best versions of themselves during the new normal. It will create initiatives that will bring Filipinos together to do meaningful work.

Recently, the organization has revealed the winners of the most promising or passionate advocacy challenged which was held in collaboration with Downy Premium Parfum. The audience voted for their favourite delegate’s advocacy. All the delegates have worked hard and passionately towards their goals and advocacies and they want to change the society for good. So, let’s look at the top 3 passionate or promising advocacies.

Maria Isabela Galeria is representing the city of Sorsogon at the competition and has been voted as the winner or most favourite passionate advocate for her advocacy. She is using the platform to raise awareness about the health conditions in rural areas. She explains that “My advocacy for health education and free access to health care in rural communities will never fade”. Krizzia Lynn O’Moreno is representing Camarines Sur at the competition and has been voted as the second favourite passionate advocate for her advocacy. She is using the platform to raise awareness about education and rights to be a responsible citizen. She believes that if we raise awareness regarding certain issues including the right to education, make the people aware, and encourage them to adapt accordingly, we will have a better society to live in.

Alaiza Flor Malinao is representing the city of Davao at the competition and has been voted as the third winner or favourite passionate advocate for her advocacy. Alaiza is using the platform to advocate for the food security and sustainable farming. She has been regularly working towards providing the food for the farmers and providing a clean and proper network of fresh produce from farm to the table.
