Mirjan Hipolito, fondly called Mirj, is on the road to becoming a ‘Phenomenal Woman’ as she is on the road to joining Miss Universe Philippines 2021 which will begin soon as a winner will be crowned to represent Philippines at Miss Universe 2021.

Mirjan is 24 years of age and hails from Angeles City, Pampanga. Mirj, for more than ten years, has followed the stories of people which gave her early exposure to the direction that she wanted to pursue in life. She is a dedicated and sincere individual who has her focus on her goals.

She studied Tourism Management from the City College of Angeles where she graduated Magna cum laude – top of her class. She was then nominated straight out of school as she became an alumna of The Outstanding Students of the Philippines from Region 3, an organization that brings together student leaders all around the country who have excelled not only at the leadership table but are also academically excellent. These individuals have devised their own projects to help their respective communities.

Not new to the pageantry, Mirj was crowned Mutya ning Angeles City in 2015 at the age of 17. She joined Mutya ning Kapampangan the same year where she placed second runner-up. For her last stint, she was crowned as Miss Association of Local Colleges and Universities National in 2016.

Mirj worked as a flight attendant for PAL Express as her first job. After three years of flying, she made a graceful exit last year to pursue more. In the early 2021, she graduated from advanced schooling in ASEAN Studies at the University of The Philippines OU. Currently, she works as a writer on financial markets and monitors stock market movements and economic indicators every day.
