Miss Universe Philippines 2022, the 3rd edition of the Miss Universe Philippines, will be held on 30th April 2022 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Bay City, Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. Beatrice Luigi Gomez of Cebu City will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

Representing Lapu-Lapu City, Sashi Chiesa has made it to the Top 50 of Miss Universe Philippines 2022. Sashi Chiesa is 26 years of age and stands 5 feet 9 inches tall. Sashi is an international model and aspiring actor who graduated from the University of Lausanne with an International Baccalaureate Diploma in Medicine (undergraduate).

Sashi is a Swiss-Filipino who was born in Switzerland to a mother from Talisay, Cebu, and a father from Chiasso, Switzerland. She is a multilingual diva who can communicate in Italian, German, French, and Spanish, among others. Sashi's resume includes not only outstanding oratory talents, but also modelling in LA, London, New York, and Manila, as well as writing a screenplay that will be produced into a film and working as an assistant director on a movie set.

Sashi was 1st runner-up in Miss Mandaue 2017 but will be representing LapuLapu City. This multi lingual beauty has modelled in LA, London, New York and Manila and has landed a cover of a London magazine. She has appeared in an international ad for Axe Unilever.

Since becoming a member of Miss Universe Philippines 2022, Sashi has demonstrated great improvement. Sashi is developing as the national competition's dark horse, thanks to her exotic appearance, strong personality, and desire to do better for her fellow Filipinas.
