The National Costume competition of Miss Universe Philippines 2023 was held at the Leyte Normal University in Tacloban, Leyte, Philippines on 4th May 2023. The theme of this edition's national costume competition was ‘Ani’ (Harvest), which pays homage to the rich history and traditions of Filipino farming communities.

The event was hosted by Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados and actor Marco Gumabao. At the end of the event finale, the delegates and their designers who captured the essence of honoring Philippine Agriculture in a creative and beautiful way were announced as the winners –

Visayas – Airissh Ramos (Eastern Samar)

Mindanao – Jannarie Zarzoso (Agusan Del Norte)

NATIONAL COSTUME COMPETITION –

Winner – Airissh Ramos (Eastern Samar)

2nd Place – Joemay Leo (Benguet)

3rd Place – Kimberly Escartin (Southern Leyte)

The fourth edition of the Miss Universe Philippines will be held on 13th May 2023 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Bay City, Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Celeste Cortesi of Pasay will crown her successor at the end of the event finale. The winner will represent the Philippines in Miss Universe 2023.
