Miss Universe Philippines organization has announced the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the fourth edition of Miss Universe Philippines. The finale date and time is yet to be announced for the pageant where Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.  

In a series of features, lets introduce the Top 40 delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023. Airissh Ramos, Miss Universe Philippines Eastern Samar 2023, has made is as one of the official delegates of the national competition.

She is 26 years of age and hails from Arteche, Eastern Samar, Philippines. Ramos was a part of Adopt A Family Program: Merry Salo-Salong Handog sa Pasko 2022 in partnership with local businesses in Eastern Samar, gift giving program for Elders of Arteche in Partnership with San Ramon Nonnatus Perish, Project Love Lives, One Cainta, UAE Food Bank – Executive Director and CEO of social enterprises. 

Ramos is also a mental health ambassador of the Centre for Empowerment and Development in Eastern Visayas. The stunning beauty is one of the recipients Social Business Creation Top 20 Most Impactful Social Business Idea Awards held in Montreal, Canada. Not new to the pageantry, she also holds the titles of Bb. Silangang Samar Turismo 2021, Miss Arteche 2021 and Miss Pintados 2022 1st Runner-up.

The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 winner will be the successor of Celeste Cortesi, who represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 in January. The winner of the upcoming pageant will compete at the 72nd Miss Universe which will take place in El Salvador in late 2023.
