Miss Universe Philippines organization has announced the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the fourth edition of Miss Universe Philippines. The finale date and time is yet to be announced for the pageant where Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
In a series of features, lets introduce the Top 40 delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023. Angelique Manto of Pampanga, has made it as one of the official delegates of the national competition. Manto is an Influencer and former UAAP courtside reporter.

Being an influencer, Manto is well spoken and outgoing. Her strong personality and confidence makes her a strong contender for the national crown. She is a strong advocate of mental health and is a part of Mental Health Philippines.
The organization aims to provide access to mental health tools for the community. These self-care kits are a collection of the team's story, the personal pain that brought them together, and the hope they found in each other, which they want other people to experience too.

“From providing support at the height of the pandemic through virtual spaces, to reaching even those who have no access online with restrictions finally easing. Today is yet another step closer to a mentally healthy community. @mentalhealthph signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to officially launch our partnership with DOH to encourage behavioral and mindset change among various target audiences through the development of the self-care kits and its integration in health promotion tools provided to Local Government Units through the Centers for Health Development”, she wrote as she unlocked another accomplishment.
The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 winner will be the successor of Celeste Cortesi, who represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 in January. The winner of the upcoming pageant will compete at the 72nd Miss Universe which will take place in El Salvador in late 2023.
