Miss Universe Philippines organization has announced the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the fourth edition of Miss Universe Philippines. The finale date and time is yet to be announced for the pageant where Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
In a series of features, lets introduce the Top 40 delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023. Emmanuelle Fabienne S. Camcam (professionally known as Emmanuelle Vera) has made it as one of the official delegates of the competition.
Emmanuelle is a Filipino singer, songwriter, actor and beauty queen. Born in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines, she attended Ateneo de Manila University in Quezon City, Metro Manila. Standing 5 feet 5 inches tall, Vera is a sight to behold for her Filipino fans.

Being a singer and actor, Vera has multiple feathers under her accomplished cap. In 2010, she played Diana Rosales in the ABS-CBN show 1DOL and she, Kajiwara and Gail Blanco released their album titled ‘ByPopularDemand, Vol. 3’. From 2010 to 2011, she starred in the ABS-CBN show ‘Shoutout!’.
In 2011, Vera played Yanie Ramirez in the ABS-CBN show “100 Days to Heaven“ and next year, she starred in the GMA Network show ‘Maynila’ and released her album ‘Emmanuelle’. In 2013, she played Marga in the ABS-CBN show ‘Got to Believe’.
From 2014 to 2019, Vera played various roles such as Isa in the TBA Studios film “Ang Kwento Nating Dalawa”, Chelsea in the ABS-CBN show “Pangako Sa’yo”, April Hizon in the ABS-CBN show “FPJ’s Ang Probinsiyano” to name a few.

Not new to the pageantry, Vera competed at Miss World Philippines 2021 at the in Olongapo, Zambales, Philippines where she was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2021. She went on to represent the Philippines at Reina Hispanoamericana 2021 where she was third runner-up to Andrea Bazarte of Mexico. Vera is certainly one of the strongest contenders at Miss Universe Philippines 2023 this year.
The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 winner will succeed Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022, who represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 in January. The winner of the upcoming pageant will compete at the 72nd Miss Universe which will take place in El Salvador in late 2023.
