Miss Universe Philippines organization has announced the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the fourth edition of Miss Universe Philippines. The finale date and time is yet to be announced for the pageant where Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.  

In a series of features, lets introduce the Top 40 delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023. Clare Sanchez Inso, representing Lapu-Lapu, has made it as one of the official delegates of the national competition.

On making it one of the official delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023, Clare took to her official social media as she wrote, “To wear this sash around me brings so much pride & joy as it takes me back to my paternal roots. To my Papa in heaven, this is for you. Your Miss Universe Philippines Lapu-lapu City 2023, Clare Inso. Can’t wait to share you my story.”

Clare Indo is a Content Creator by profession and taking up a masters in Anthropology. She is also Grand finalist for Eat Bulaga's Bida Next. As a young girl, Clare has always enjoyed watching beauty pageants and learning from beauty queens in the Philippine pageantry scene. Seeing all these beautiful women from different parts of the country take their chance has made her join in the experience as well.

The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 winner will succeed Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022, who represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 in January. The winner of the upcoming pageant will compete at the 72nd Miss Universe which will take place in El Salvador in late 2023.
