Miss Universe Philippines organization has announced the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the fourth edition of Miss Universe Philippines. The finale date and time is yet to be announced for the pageant where Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
In a series of features, lets introduce the Top 40 delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023. Nikki Breedveld has made it as one of the official delegates of the national competition and has already become a fan-favourite at the competition.

Nikki is of Filipina-Dutch heritage who grew up in Ireland. She is a Lawyer, teacher, Lupus warrior and advocate. The stunner is also a student of Filipino Sign Language, and a lover of rescue dogs with a three- legged rescue dog.
Her Lupus advocacy is strong and one very close to her heart as well. Being a Lupus warrior herself, Nikki quotes, “Proud #LupusWarrior who is choosing to write her own story and #tranformingpainintopower. By spreading awareness, we can hopefully, one day, lift the cloud of ambiguity that surrounds the diagnosis and treatment of those living with chronic illnesses.”

Nikki is one of the strongest contestants at the competition this year. On making it as one of the official delegates, she took to her official social media as she wrote, “Top 40. I’m so incredibly pleased and grateful to announce that I’m an official candidate of MUPH 2023. Thank you for this blessing. Thank you to my team, family, loved-ones, and supporters for your encouragement and belief in me! Thank you for getting me this far.”
The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 winner will be the successor of Celeste Cortesi, who represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 in January. The winner of the upcoming pageant will compete at the 72nd Miss Universe which will take place in El Salvador in late 2023.
