Miss Universe Philippines organization has announced the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the fourth edition of Miss Universe Philippines. The finale date and time is yet to be announced for the pageant where Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

In a series of features, lets introduce the Top 40 delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023. Rein Hillary Carrascal from Brgy. Siuton, Municipality of Magallanes has made it to the Top 40 as one of the official delegates. She is representing Sorsogon at this year’s national pageant.

Not new to the pageantry, Rein Hillary holds various local titles such as Generation East Sta. Lucia Malls - Grand Winner, Mutya ng Casiguran Sorsogon 2017, Daragang Magayon 2018, Mutya ng Taguig 2018, Miss Bicolandia 2019 (1st-runner up), Mutya ng Ibalong 2019 (1st-runner up).

Rein is 25 years of age. Aside from her pageant experience, Rein is into performing arts, hosting, ramp modelling, and outdoor activities such as jamborettes and rover moots. For her advocacy, Rein is a part of Hapi Life Projects to help and support those who are living in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas such as Magallanes, Sorsogon.

The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 winner will be the successor of Celeste Cortesi, who represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 in January. The winner of the upcoming pageant will compete at the 72nd Miss Universe which will take place in El Salvador in late 2023.
