Miss Universe Philippines organization has announced the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the fourth edition of Miss Universe Philippines. The finale date and time is yet to be announced for the pageant where Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

In a series of features, lets introduce the Top 40 delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023. Vanessa Tse Wing, representing Guimaras, has made it as one of the official delegates of the national competition. Guimaras doesn’t always get represented in national pageantry but 2023 promises to change that as Vanessa Tse Wing is all set to bring pride to the island province in the big leagues after she made it as an official delegate.

The 26-year-old beauty queen traces her roots back in Buenavista, Guimaras where the relatives of her mother reside. Vanessa is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from Central Philippine University. Wing also holds a master’s degree in urban planning.

Before joining Miss Universe Philippines, Ms. Tse-Wing was already considered a pageant veteran; she was crowned Miss Paraw Regatta 2016, Miss Block and White 2012, Mutya ng Pilipinas Western Visayas 2018.

Currently, Wing is working as a consultant for the Department of Agriculture and part-time instructor at Central Philippine University. Wing advocates Environmental Resiliency through Sustainable Livelihood and Education.

The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 winner will be the successor of Celeste Cortesi, who represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 in January. The winner of the upcoming pageant will compete at the 72nd Miss Universe which will take place in El Salvador in late 2023.
