She primarily hails from Bayamón, Puerto Rico and as from an early age, Michelle has shown interest in Fine Arts, mastering skills such as singing, dancing, drawing and cheerleading. She is very good at all of them.

Michelle took her first steps in the modeling field as a determined young woman and with a broad desire to make a difference, this career has paid off because at her young age she has managed to model for designers such as: Jorge Diep Dominican designer in giving her his first opportunity , Ana María Zuluaga of Colombia, Raymond Designer of the Dominican Republic, Melina Nmili Lallabee, Jainmy Martinez, Ingrid Tejeda and Indashio of the United States.

She has also worked for Marisu Miranda of Spain, the Opening of Azukita by Luzon, Jorge David, Giannina Azar and Carlos Moya of the Dominican Republic. Gionni Straccia, from Venezuela, Salome from Colombia and for Puerto Rican designers such as Edzel Giovanni, Sonia Rivera, Heriberto Vazquéz, Rubén Dario, Rosa Elia, Benito Santos from Mexico, Rosita Hurtado from Bolivia, Colombian Fernando Marín, among many others have chosen the spiky young woman six feet tall to carry her pieces in her parades.

Michelle prepares to continue imparting her community work on the island as she has done with foundations that make a difference in Puerto Rico as is the CAP. During the passage of hurricanes Irma and María sustained a faithful commitment to their community and their country.

The diva is no new to the pageantry world as earlier in 2017, she decided to register for the Miss Teen World Puerto Rico pageant and in April 2018 she proclaimed herself as the Miss Teen Americas Puerto Rico 2018. With just one month of preparation Michelle left for El Salvador to represent the island in the contest of Miss Teen Americas 2018 where she achieved a historic “back to back” and brought the international crown to Puerto Rico.

Michelle definitely will be a strong contender as she is well experienced and competing in Miss Universe Puerto Rico will give her a best chance to go further towards the Miss Universe crown. She wants to do a lot of great things and Miss Universe, will definitely be a huge platform for her. She will definitely be a strong contender, only if competes in the national pageant.
