Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2021, the 65th edition of Miss Universe Puerto Rico, will be held on 30th September 2021 at Luis A. Ferré Performing Arts Center in San Juan where delegates from all over the country will compete for the national crown and the opportunity to represent Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2021. Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2020 Estefanía Soto Torres will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
