The finale of Miss Universe Switzerland 2023 was held on 23rd September 2023 at the Hilton Hotel in Geneva where Lorena Santen was crowned as the new queen as she became the official representative of her country at Miss Universe 2023.
Lorena Santen is 26 years of age and hails from Aargau. The stunning beauty is an Economics graduate who bested 14 other delegates to win the crown. The newly crowned Miss Universe Switzerland 2023 Lorena Santen’s court included –
1st Runner-up – Marisa Varunee Kappenthuler
2nd Runner-up – Emilie Bovier
Top 5 also included Jessica Alice Schmid and Dalia Del Valle Kramer while Top 10 also included Gaia Bertoncini, Marine Sayard, Sol Cristina Von Allmen, Vanessa Williams, and Virginie Monney.
On being crowned Miss Universe Switzerland 2023, Lorena took to her official social media as she wrote, “I am beyond thrilled and deeply honored to share with you all that I am now Miss Universe Switzerland 2023! Last night's finals were a whirlwind of emotions, and I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to stand on that stage alongside so many incredible women. This journey has been nothing short of amazing, and I couldn't have done it without the support of so many of you.”

Miss Universe 2023, the 72nd edition of Miss Universe, will be held in El Salvador on 18th November 2023 where Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel of USA will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
