The organization of Miss Universe Thailand held the first press conference for Miss Universe Thailand 2020 with major changes to the pageant keeping in mind the situation of covid-19 pandemic. The coronation ceremony will be held on 10th October 2020 and Miss Universe Thailand 2019 Paweensuda Drouin will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
With the list of delegates coming in for the beauty competition, the organization will announce the 100 potential candidates and select Top 30 who will move forward in the competition and compete for the national title and an opportunity to represent Thailand at Miss Universe 2020 stage. Benjarat Akkarawanichsil Aebi (Queen Benjarat) had made it to our wish list as she seems like a potential candidate for representing Thailand at Miss Universe 2020 stage. Hailing from Phuket, Benjarat is 26-years-old and stands 172 cm tall who has graduated with a degree of Communication Arts from Bangkok University. She is one of the co-founders of the Bangkok Charity Soldiers; a charity project that works with friends from all six different nationalities, with the aim of focusing on sustainable development in Thai society.
Benjarat is not new to pageantry as she was crowned as Miss Pearl Phuket 2020 and has worked with various designers and brands in Thailand which has helped her to gain experience and knowledge about beauty pageants which is going to help her in finessing her performance at Miss Universe Thailand stage.
The diva has a melodious voice which she can use during the talent round competition in order to impress the judges as well as the audience. Benjarat has mentioned that she strongly believes in herself and the power she must represent the country at Miss Universe stage. She stated, “Queen believes that we can be anything just by believing in ourselves. The diversity we have queens see as one of the charms of humanity. Don't limit what kind of person we must be. But be confident that no matter what, we will always achieve what we hope for.”
The diva is an avid traveler and has shared some of her favorite travel pictures on her social media. She likes to stay connected with her roots and traditions and is excited to showcase her love for her country on an international stage. She works on her skills and abilities for acing her performance in future. The queen is beautiful and has charming features which will help her to make a great first impression on the judges as well as the audience. She can speak three languages.
