Aspiring delegates confirmed to join Miss Universe Thailand 2021

Miss Universe Thailand 2021 will be the 22nd edition of Miss Universe Thailand pageant to be held in Bangkok in October 2021. Miss Universe Thailand 2020 Amanda Obdam of Phuket will crown her successor at the end of the event as the winner will represent Thailand at the Miss Universe 2021 competition in Israel this December.

The contest, this year, will be in a reality format and will be divided into 3 main rounds: Swimsuit Competition, Preliminary Competition and Final Competition. The organization has introduced the theme for the edition, i.e., ‘Power of Passion’, depicting powerful women on the path to victory. They aim to awaken confidence and determination in the divas to be strong and to send out this powerful force to be manifested in the world.

While the search and application process for the aspiring delegates is still on, some stunning divas have already confirmed their participation in the pageant this year. So, without any further ado, here are some of the aspiring beauty queens who have confirmed joining Miss Universe Thailand 2021 –

Anchilee Scott-Kemmis

22 years old Anchilee is Thai Australian model; originally from Chachoengsao but currently she lives in Bangkok, Thailand. She has a Bachelor’s degree from University in Sydney majoring in Sociology. She currently works as a curve model in Bangkok but through her work, Ann's mission is to celebrate ourselves, our uniqueness, love our own beauty by setting our own standards. Through this, she hopes each and every one of us reminds ourselves that we are real size and our real size is beautiful.

 

 

Supapon Ritthipreuk

Chiang Mai’s Supapon Ritthipreuk looks like an ideal delegate to come back to pageantry and try her luck again. Supaporn is not new to the pageantry as she won Miss Chiangmai 2017 and became a part of Miss Universe Thailand 2017. With her beauty and excellence, Supaporn placed as the first runner-up at the national pageant. The beautiful Thai diva also speaks fluently and is an epitome of beauty with brains.

 

 

Renée Veronica Pagano

22 years-old Veronica is a student of the Faculty of Communication Arts, International Program in Chulalongkorn University. She is an actress and model by profession. Veronica used to have a performance on Channel 7 Drama Gentleman Thief and Barefoot Millionaire. Not new to the glamour industry, she is experienced and comfortable to be up front and present herself on the stage, making her a strong bet for the national crown.

 

 

Lara Branston

This 18 year-old half-Thai, Scottish and Irish beauty speaks fluent Thai and English and has a keen interest in singing, drawing and writing. She went to study at the Helen Schmidt Stanton Clinical Care Center in Boston to study how to collect data to continue the animal rescue program. With a passion for Thai culture and Thai fabrics Lara has participated in traditional Thai cloth walks in various charity projects and local cultural promotion projects.

 

 

Mimi Kansuda Chanakiri

A former contestant from the 2019 edition, Mimi is a 21 year-old half-Burmese beauty. She is a graduate from the Chiang Mai Rajabhat University is majoring in Thai dance. She made it to the Top 20 finalists in Miss Universe Thailand 2019. She is definitely experienced, talented and determined towards her dream of representing Thailand at the Miss Universe stage.

 

 

Tharina Botes

This South African-Thai beauty, is eyeing the national crown this year and if she wins, she will surely put Thailand on a top placement yet again at the 70th edition of Miss Universe. Tharina holds a bachelor’s in commerce degree in Economics. She has a long list of accomplishments when it comes to pageantry; she was awarded the title of Miss International South Africa 2016 and represented her country at Miss International 2016. Unfortunately, she failed to place in the Top 15. In 2018, Tharina competed at the Miss South Africa pageant where she placed in the Top 12. In 2019, Tharina was crowned Miss Grand Phuket 2019 and represented Phuket at Miss Grand Thailand 2019 where she placed in the Top 10.

 

 

Kasama Suetrong

25 years-old Kasama is currently studying at the Faculty of Business Administration University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. She was born in Bangkok and grew up on Koh Samui In childhood. She loved to learn which is how she began to learn languages ??from the age of 6 to increase the chances of making foreign friends. She has entered the beauty industry professionally and has competed in many beauty pageants. Hongs Sirimat

Hongs is 26 years-old and has graduated from Satit Ram High School. She is currently studying at Ladkrabang College of Science Industrial Chemistry specializing in Petrochemicals. She is a professional model and was also a part of The Face Thailand season 1 and The Face Thailand All Star. She has also been a part of the Plearn Phra Nang drama on Channel 7, playing the role of Ye Phueng.

 

 

Name Pitchayawee Charoenrak

Name Pitchayawee Charoenrak, currently 20 years old, is a beauty queen who has been through many beauty pageants, including Thai Supermodel Contest 2019 and was also a part of the Top 20 at Miss Universe Thailand 2019. Most recently she won the 1st runner-up position, Miss Grand Khon Kaen 2021.

 

 

The new queen will be crowned during the final competition on 24th October 2021 as she will win an opportunity to represent Thailand at the upcoming 70th Miss Universe pageant.. This year’s winner will definitely have some big shoes to fill in and match the benchmark set by the reigning queen, Amanda Obdam who made it to the Top 10 finalists of Miss Universe 2020, making her country proud.
