Noelia Voigt was crowned Miss Utah USA 2023 at the finale of the state pageant held on Saturday, 8th July 2023 at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center in Salt Lake City. Noelia will now represent Utah at Miss USA 2023.
Noelia Voigt bested 19 other competitors to win Miss Utah USA 2023. The stunning beauty is 23 years of age. The Venezuelan-American is an interior designer and author by profession. The newly crowned Miss Utah USA 2023’s court included –
1st Runner-up – Mariluz Cook of Salt Lake
2nd Runner-up – Hannah Wagner of Greater Salt Lake
3rd Runner-up – Kit Widmyer of Nothern Utah
4th Runner-up – Kennedi Sanders of Iron County
5th Runner-up – Collin Vijenandan of South Jordan
On winning the state crown, Noelia took to her official social media as she wrote, "God’s timing is always right. I still can’t believe that I am Miss Utah USA 2023 and will be competing at Miss USA later this year. I took the biggest risk of my life thus far by moving across the country to chase this dream of mine and it paid off in the best way.”
Along with her, Anjolie Karmen was crowned Miss Utah Teen USA 2023 who will now go on to compete in Miss Teen USA 2023. Her runners-up included Jocelyn Osmand, Emelia Sunday, Brooke Beeson-Hughes, Mitch Rabi, Samira Nicole Sosa, and Madison Cameron.
