The Miss Venezuela organization hosted the coronation ceremony for the 2021 edition of the national pageant on 28th October 2021 where stunning delegates from all over the country competed against each other for the coveted title. At the end of the first half of the event, Miss Cojedes Ariagny Daboin Ricado was crowned as Miss Venezuela World 2021 and she succeeded Miss Venezuela World 2020 Alejandra Conde and won the opportunity to represent Venezuela at Miss World 2022.
24 years-old Ariagny has a degree in Clinical Psychology from the Bicentennial University of Aragua (UBA-Maracay). She is also a catwalk teacher. She has had the opportunity to meet and work with foundations that are dedicated to helping girls and boys at risk and with hematological diseases through complementary activities and training that increase their self-esteem and security; also allowing them to enjoy a different moment outside of their situation or pathology. Among them, the Horacio Estrada Foundation, the Mother Mary of San José and Mother Teresa of Calcutta Shelters in her hometown, Maracay.
“I want to show the public who I really am, connect with themspeaking from my essence, from my being and leaving aside the need for perfection in everything I do or say. Although it is true that excellence is sought and that continues to be the purpose, I would also like to show that we are not perfect women as Miss Venezuela is usually idealized; Rather, we are real women, studious, hardworking, who daily seek ways to improve in order to have the privilege and above all the responsibility of being a guide or inspiration for our girls and young people,” she shared.
She is strong, sweet, hard-working, disciplined, persistent and kind woman. For Daboin, it is important to be loyal to the values and principles instilled by her parents and obtained from the critical thinking that she has developed throughout her life.
The newly crowned queen will represent Venezuela at the Miss World 2022 pageant next year, since for the 2021 edition of the international pageant, Miss Venezuela World 2020 Alejandra Conde will represent the country in December in Puerto Rico.
