At the finals of Miss Vermont 2017, Erin Connor, 22, of Bridport was crowned as Miss Vermont 2017 at the Vergennes Opera House on 21st April.She will now compete in the prestigious Miss America 2018, finals whereof are scheduled for 10th September 2017.
Erin is a student at the University of Vermont, where she is studying Public Communication presently. The stunner also performed American Sign Language to ‘The Greatest Love of All’ in the talent segment of the contest. Several members of the deaf community of Vermont attended the competition to see the spectacular performance of the beauty.
Erin lives her platform “Tailwinds: Training a New Generation of Female Scientists” through her many years promoting STEM and sharing her understanding as a pilot across her state.
On her victory, the scintillating beauty said, “As Miss Vermont, I will expand the experiments, connections, and programs open to young women who need to believe in themselves and reach for the sky and their limitless possibilities.”
