At the finale of Miss Washington USA 2019 held just a few days ago, Evelyn Clark was crowned the new queen by her predecessor Miss Washington USA 2018 Abigail. She, thus, becomes the official representative of Washington in Miss USA 2019.

Miss Washington USA Organization shared her coronation in a post, “Let’s give a warm welcome to our new Washington title holders, Lillian Lloyd and Evelyn Clark. I have complete trust that these ladies will represent Washington in the best possible way. You girls are amazing and I wish the best of luck to both of you. You will do amazing!”

Based in Seattle, Evelyn is a commercial fisherwoman. The gorgeous lady suffered from self-doubt and sleepless nights as she held on to her dream of becoming a beauty queen for 10 long years. Her journey to get to the point that she is it was a long one but she made it and has the assurance that no matter how hard the journey is, the destination is definitely worth all the sacrifices and pain that she has suffered through the years.

She also took to her official social media to reveal her emotions in a post, “Exactly one week ago my lifelong dream became a reality! I still can’t believe my hard work, dedication and prayers paid off and that I’m now living my dream. I hope my story can inspire others to never give up on their dreams! My first week has been amazing and I cannot wait to see what lies ahead!”

The finale of Miss USA 2019 will be held in March next year where fifty-one gorgeous ladies from all over America will compete for the chance to represent the USA in Miss Universe 2019. Sarah Rose Summers, the current Miss USA, will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
