Miss World 2003 Rosanna Davison to publish a book on her ‘miracle journey to motherhood’

05 Jan 2021 | Priya Bhardwaj

Miss World 2003 Rosanna Davison is all set to share her journey through motherhood in her latest book. She is a mom of three and a Nutritionist and author who has already published two books.

Chris de Burgh, Davison’s father and an accomplished singer-songwriter, revealed that his daughter was gearing up to release her journey involving miscarriages and life-changing surprises including the birth of her twins in her upcoming book.

Rosanna will be penning down the painful journey she had to go through with 14 miscarriages. After braving out the rough phase, Davison and husband Wesley Quirke finally got the good news they were looking for and in 2019, she gave birth to their daughter, Sophia, who was conceived by gestational surrogacy.

Things got even better for the beauty queen as she conceived twins, Oscar and Hugo, naturally during the lockdown and gave birth to them in October 2020.

Sharing her experience of postpartum changes, Rosanna spoke about how much carrying twins had changed her body. Though the stunning beauty has put up a strong front, she did have her moments of doubt. “We didn’t give up hope, but you have to be a realist. By 2017, I had had so many consecutive miscarriages that I had begun to think it wouldn’t happen, maybe we weren’t destined for this,” she said.

According to reports, Davison has signed a deal with Gill Publishing to publish her upcoming book. Former Miss World will take upon all her struggles and hope to touch upon everyone’s life with an encouraging message of hope.
