Ever since the Miss World 2016 pageant has concluded a lot has been said about the pageant, the winner and the Organisation. The pageant has been accused of favouring few countries and ignoring the deserving ones. While you would think that this could be the only controversy that has targeted the Miss World Organisation, here is something that will again come as a shocker to you.

Megan Young, who co-hosted the Miss World 2016 finale, is the current controversial matter. The evening gown that the former Miss World wore during the final telecast was “a little more sexy than what I would usually wear…”, as described by Megan. But who would have known something like this could have happened. Apparently Thailand’s Channel 3 which broadcasted the finale thought the dress was indeed a little sexier, and hence the editors decided to blur out Megan Young’s cleavage.
Yes, that’s right! It looks like Thailand’s television is way more conservative and are strictly against any sort of display. Megan was seen wearing a close-fitting silver diamante dress with spaghetti straps by Filipino designer Jot Losa. The sparkly frock clearly showed off the US-born model's curvaceous physique with her shoulders, décolletage and top of her breasts exposed.
Megan took to instagram and shared her look by mentioning how the dress was too sexy for her and wrote...
“A little more sexy than what I would usually wear but I promised @adrianneconcept I would not object this time around. This wonderful @jotlosa gown shone on stage. Perfect for the opening number where all the ladies were wearing red, blue and white. Completed the look with my @bragaisshoes in the Megan style (if you get this particular style, a percentage of the sale goes to a charity chosen by Jojo Bragais). And thank you to Jory Rivera @joryrivera for this awesome photo!”
But, what is interesting here is the fact, while Megan’s cleavage was blurred for the audience; the channel was completely alright with the plunging neckline of the winner, Stephanie Del Valle’s gown.
