She served as one of the most successful Miss World queens in history and is still doing her bit. She is soon going to make her debut in Bollywood and her movie, 'Prithviraj' is one of the highly anticipated movies. But now, there is more good news for the fans and followers of the former Miss World, in that she has managed to get her third movie even before her official debut.
According to her sources, Manushi has recently signed her third movie under the banner of Yash Raj Films and it will feature her opposite Ahaan Panday and is touted to be a superhero flick. Coincidentally, this will also conclude her three-film contract with the production house, which is said to be looking for more projects to cast her in. The sources claim that the reason why Manushi is growing to be a favourite even before her official debut movie is because of her work ethic that has managed to impress everyone in the industry and people are keen on working with the former Miss World.
The beauty queen's debut film, 'Prithviraj', is opposite Akshay Kumar and is based on Prithviraj Raso, an epic poem composed in the Braj Bhasha language about the life of Prithviraj Chauhan, a Rajput king from the Chahamana dynasty. The filming of the movie has been completed and is currently in its post-production stage. It was supposed to be released last year but was pushed back because of the Covid-19 outbreak last year. Talking about her role as Sanyogita, Manushi stated, "It's a huge responsibility to play Princess Sanyogita, a powerful personality who stood up for what was right and made the most important decisions in her life herself. Her life is an extremely important chapter in Indian history and I will try my best to play her as accurately as possible. "
On the other hand, Manushi Chhillar is currently filming ’The Great Indian Family’ alongside Vicky Kaushal and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, which has a few days of patchwork remaining. She will soon start shooting for her third movie as soon as another A-lister actor is confirmed for the movie.
The diva was the sixth Indian representative to win the Miss World pageant and quickly gained attention for her charming looks and positive personality, which helped her win the hearts of people all over the world. Manushi is fluent in Hindi and English, apart from her mother tongue, Haryanvi. She is a trained Kuchipudi dancer and has acquired her training under Raja and Radha Reddy. In March 2021, the diva, along with Dipika Pallikal and Nikhat Zareen, became part of a campaign launched by Adidas called ‘Make a Move’, with the vision of helping to encourage and motivate women to overcome psychological and social barriers.
