Miss World held its first official press conference in Thailand at Phaya Thai Palace, Bangkok, to officially unveil Thailand as the host country of the 69th edition of Miss World to be held later this year. The theme of the press conference was under the concept of ‘Valuable work’ of Thai History.
Miss World and the 2018 Continental Queens arrived in the country a day prior to the official press conference day. Julia Morley along with the Miss World 2018 Vanessa Ponce received a cordial welcome by Miss World Asia 2018, Nicolene Pichapa Limsnukan and the official Miss World Thailand fan club at the airport by presenting them the hand-made gifts and floral bouquets.
While all the details of the pageant were unveiled, the reigning queen along with the continental queens showcased their pictures wearing the traditional Thai costumes and accepting the culture and heritage of the next host of the pageant. Vanessa Ponce looked absolutely gorgeous in a white gown throwing a million-dollar smile at the event.
The beauty queens sat together as they answered the questions from the media from all around the globe and also posed for the paparazzi. Also, the event cracked and drew Huge interest from global media today.
Moreover, the reigning Miss World beauty Vanessa Ponce De Leon officially proclaimed that Thailand would be the host country for Miss World 2019 as the finale of the gala night is slated to take place in Thailand later this year.
