Miss World 2021, the 70th edition of Miss World, will be held on 16th March 2022 at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In a recent announcement made by the Miss World organization, Top 40 delegates were selected to enter the final leg of the competition. In a series of features, here are the forty delegates, in no particular order, (15 from the fast-track competitions and 25 through judges’ choice) who will fly to Puerto Rico for the coronation night. Andrea Aguilera representing Colombia has secured a spot in Top 40 by being one of the judges’ choice winners.

Andrea Aguilera from Antioquia was crowned Miss World Colombia 2021 at the glittering final held on 15th August last year. The 24-year-old beauty has a diploma in Neuro-linguistic Programming and a Technician in Early Childhood Care.

Andrea’s Beauty with a Purpose project ‘Nutrir Neuronas’ tackles child malnutrition. She is working with Othello Nutrition to give specialized nutritional food to hundreds of children with chronic malnutrition. Take a look at her project here –

Andrea hails from Medellin, Antioquia and stands 5 feet 9 inches tall. A bilingual, the stunning Colombian beauty is fluent in Spanish and English. She is a trained vocalist and as the reigning queen, she was pursuing her bachelor’s degree in public relations and studying French.

With her qualifications, her stunning beauty and strong personality, Andrea will definitely be a strong contender for the international crown. If Andrea wins, Colombia will pioneer her country’s win at Miss World.
