Karolina Bielawska represented Poland at the 70th edition of Miss World held at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico on 16th March 2022 amidst a covid-19 outbreak all over the world. At the end of the event finale, Karolina won the Miss World crown for her country for the second time in the history of Miss World, lifting the spirits of people who just wanted a ray of hope in the bleak world that covid-19 created.

Karolina became the second Polish to win Miss World after Aneta Kreglicka won the title in 1989. Since her crowning, Karolina travelled across the world to fulfill her humanitarian causes. With her title, Karolina has volunteered, spoken about her Beauty with a Purpose project and encouraged people across the world to follow in her footsteps.

Karolina has travelled to countries such as Mexico, USA, North Pole, Finland, United Kingdom, Singapore, Botswana, Vietnam to name a few and participated in various humanitarian causes. She has spread the Miss World motto across the world which focuses on helping the society as much as possible.

In May 2022, Karolina was in Ecuador where she visited the Ciudad Mitad del Mundo, known as the Middle of the World City. Being a part of the sisterhood, Karolina visited the United Kingdom where she met Darcey Corria Miss Wales 2022 who suffered a broken pelvis and two broken bones in her neck in the terrible crash accident.

In October 2022, Karolina visited Botswana on a world tour in association with several social economic causes. In January 2023, Karolina visited the USA and Ivory Coast as she spread the message of Miss World and also crowned the national winners who are currently representing their countries at 71st Miss World.

With her strong personality, a voice that matters and works on bringing a positive change and the feeling sisterhood, Karolina has etched her name in the history of Miss World books for ever. Her reign, although challenging, has been remarkable as Karolina has proven to be a strong leader people can follow.
