Harashta Haifa Zahra of Jawa Barat was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2024 at the finale of the 27th edition of the national pageant held tonight, i.e. 8th March 2024 at the Plenary Hall, Jakarta Convention Center in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Harashta Haifa Zahra created history by creating first back-to-back win for Jawa Barat at Puteri Indonesia. Harashta is an Environmental Engineering Student who aspires to become an environmental speaker. Harashta always felt incredibly honored to carry Jawa Barat’s name and empower women, inspire change, and create a brighter future for the planet. She was, indeed, a strong contender for the Puteri Indonesia 2024 and deserved the win!
Along with Harashta, Sophie Kirana Indriyagi of DI Yogyakarta was crowned Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2024, Ni Ketut Permata Juliastrid Sari of Bali was crowned Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata 2024 and Melati Tedja of Jawa Timur was crowned Puteri Indonesia Pendidikan & Kebudayaan 2024.
Top 6 also included Ghina Raihanah Tadjoedin of DKI Jakarta 1 and Latisa Safa Maura of Banten while Top 16 also included Suci Annisa Mawardi from Aceh, Nabiqah Annisa Salsabila Pasaribu of Sumatra Utara, Joan Angelina from Bangka Belitung, Miracle Sitompul from Jambi, Larissa Amelinda Soeryana from DKI Jakarta 3, Veronica Gabriela Margareth Asadoma from Nusa Tenggara Timur 1, Shindy Valencia from Kalimantan Barat 2, Chelsea Beatrix Putri Raimel from Sulawesi Selatan, Novita Everdina Permatasari Pattipeilohy from Maluku, Annisa Banafaj Salsabila Dabeduku Thesia from Papua Barat.
Harashta Haifa Zahra succeeds and was crowned by Puteri Indonesia 2023 Farhana Nariswari of West Java. Farhana represented Indonesia at Miss International 2023 in Tokyo, Japan but remained unplaced. However, she won the Best Evening Gown award.
The presenters for the evening were Choky Sitohang, Patricia Gouw while Baim, Andi Rianto and Magenta Orchestra were the entertainers. The reigning Miss International Andrea Rubio, Miss Supranational Andrea Aguilera and Miss Charm Luma Russo were present at the finale as special guests.
