Liana Voskerchyan was crowned Miss World Armenia 2019 at the coronation night held on Monday, 15th July 2019 at the Prime Hall in Yerevan. She succeeds and was crowned by the outgoing queen Miss World Armenia 2018 Arena Zeynalyan at the conclusion.

The beauty is 20 years of age and hails from Yerevan. She also speaks a few foreign languages and loves to play guitar. The beauty not only won the crown, but also the opportunity to represent Armenia at Miss World 2019 pageant and also took over the responsibility to promote and work on the advocacies associated with the title. Around twenty gorgeous beauties competed in the finale and out of which, Monica Grigoryan, Aneta Gabrielyan, Liana Israelyan and Milena Tarian ended up being placed in the Top 5.

After winning the crown, Liana took to her official social media account where she posted her picture with crown and captioned, “Miss World Armenia 2019! I cannot describe my feelings, all this seems like a dream. Thank you for giving me warm words, congratulations and these beautiful moments. I would like to thank Gohar Harutyunyan for his tremendous work, love and devotion. I promise to do everything in my power and more even to present our country worthy of the world. And thank you for my luxurious crown and dress Khazmalyan, jewellery company and Jena Art House.”

The talent and potential of this diva will for sure render her a strong foothold in the finale and with her extreme zest to win the crown, she will commence with the preparation to represent Armenia shortly.

Miss Armenia was founded in 1996 but didn’t participate in the Miss World pageant until 3 years ago when Lili Sargsyan was sent to represent the country at the Miss World 2017 pageant in Sanya, China. Last year, Arena Zeynalyan represented Armenia at Miss World 2018 and unfortunately, she couldn’t make a spot in any of the Top positions of the pageant. Thus, this year will bring tremendous expectations to the new queen to perform better in the international finale and win the oldest prestigious crown.
