Last year, Taylah Cannon represented Australia in Miss World 2018 but unfortunately failed to secure a place in the Top 30. She did place in the Top 32 in the Top Model Competition. Australia holds two titles in Miss World which it won in 1968 and 1972 respectively. Since then, the country has not won any Miss World crown.
