At the glitzy finale of Miss World Bahamas 2017, Geena Thompson was crowned as the lucky winner. The event took place on July 30, at the Baha Mar Convention Centre. She will now represent Bahamas at the prestigious Miss World 2017 beauty pageant slated to be held on 18th November 2017.
This 5’9” tall stunner loves volleyball and cross fit training. She competed with 8 other contestants to clinch the title of Miss World Bahamas 2017. At the same event, Sharonique Russell (Abaco) and Jerell Strachan (Grand Bahama) were adjudged as first and second runners-up respectively. Tanisha Jones, Nyisha Tilus, and October Johnson completed the Top 6 finalists.
Thompson is no stranger at the pageant world as she competed at Miss Bahamas pageant in the year 2016 and finished as a Top 5 finalist.
Miss World 2016 Stephanie Del Valle will crown her successor at the finale night of Miss World 2017.
