Noelia Hernandez to represent Belize at the 72nd Miss World

Noelia Hernandez was crowned Miss World Belize 2024 on Saturday, 23rd March 2024 in Belmopan by the ILS Phoenix. The organization aims to promote the empowerment of teens and young adults through education by providing scholarships around Belize.

Noelia succeeds Belize’s representative Elise-Gayonne Vernon who made history by being the first Belizean to place in the Top 40 of 71st Miss World. Noelia Hernandez is a business management graduate who works as a stylist at her own beauty business. Also at the event, Shayari Morataya was awarded as the first runner-up while Courtney Broaster was awarded as the second runner-up.

A number of special awards were also presented at the event which included Nia Figueroa winning the Top Model award, Courtney Broaster winning the Sportswoman Award, and Miss Multimedia being awarded to Noelia Hernandez.

 

 

The 72nd Miss World will be held later this year or next year where the 71st Miss World Krystyna Pyszkova of Czech Republic will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
