Miss World Cayman Islands 2019 finale will be held on 7th September 2019 at Harquail Theatre where five delegates will compete for the national crown and the opportunity to represent Cayman Islands in Miss World 2019. Miss World Cayman Islands 2018 Kelsie Bodden will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

The five delegates of the national pageant have begun their preparation for their national stint which will take place in a few weeks.
